It can sometimes sit in cars/warehouses/trucks for months or years, cooking away, rotting.

By contrast, most good weed is grown in the US by knowing farmers who produce genetically selected and properly cared for specimens. It is cured properly and packed somewhat loosely in bags, as opposed to compressed into bricks. California's bid to legalize weed is rolling so help end prohibition/support of the drug cartels and their shitty weed.
